Before moving to Dorset Mr Cornaby worked at the Royal Free Hospital in Hampstead, London, as well as Harvard University in Boston, USA. He has a wealth of experience in all aspects of Urology. His special interests are prostate cancer, HIFU for prostate cancer, bladder cancer, renal cancer, stones and female urology. He also has in interest in incontinence. He has performed a large number of Radical Prostatectomies for prostate cancer. (Major surgery to remove the prostate). Mr Cornaby has been pioneering High Intensity Focussed Ultrasound (HIFU) for prostate cancer at The Winterbourne Hospital for the last 7 years and has a wealth of experience with this technique. This is a minimally invasive procedure used to treat Prostate Cancer. He is also very experienced with template biopsies in the diagnosis of prostate cancer.
