Dr Badal Pal has extensive experience in internal medicine and rheumatology for over 35 years. He is a multiple awards winner for innovation and excellence including the UHSM Joint Award, Hospital Doctor Award and others. Pal was consultant in rheumatology and rehabilitation at Withington Hospital and honorary lecturer at the University of Manchester. He had qualified in Calcutta in 1975 and held registrar appointments at Wythenshawe Hospital, Durham and Newcastle.
