Following higher specialist training and acceptance to the GMC register, Mr John Dickinson was appointed as an NHS consultant plastic surgeon in 1990. The majority of his career was spent at Wexham Park Hospital in Slough, Berkshire, where he enjoyed a diverse clinical practice of reconstructive surgery, particularly breast reconstruction, hand surgery and general plastic surgery. After 17 years as an NHS consultant he left the NHS in March 2007 to pursue a full-time private practice and bring a wealth of clinical experience to my present practice.
