Mr Okoye is a Consultant Paediatric, Adolescent and Neonatal Surgeon at St Georges Hospital, London, and an Honorary Consultant Paediatric Surgeon at the Royal Marsden Hospital. He obtained his paediatric surgical training at Alder Hey Children’s Hospital, Liverpool, Bristol Royal Children’s Hospital, Diana Princess of Wales Children’s Hospital, Birmingham and the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. He obtained an MD from the University of Liverpool following a thesis on the effect of antenatal steroids on lung development in diaphragmatic hernia.
