Mr Rafik Girgis is an experienced consultant ophthalmologist, specialising in cataract surgery and general ophthalmology. He trained at Moorfields Eye Hospital in London, where his training included two fellowships in cataract and primary care, before working there for a year as a consultant. Between April 2011 and November 2017, Mr Girgis provided the Primary Care Service at Bristol Eye Hospital. He is an expert in the field of premium lenses, and although he has now left NHS practice, he is more than happy to offer consultations to NHS patients at his private clinics.
