Mr Hulbert specialises in general ophthalmology with a particular interest in glaucoma and neuro-ophthalmology. He performs frequent surgical operations (mainly cataract, with some glaucoma/squint/ptosis). As well as being the Consultant Ophthalmic Surgeon and directing manager of The St Albans Medical Centre, Dr Hulbert is also the Consultant in Ophthalmology at both the London Independent Hospital and the BMI Cavell Hospital.
