Mr Graeme Mackintosh is a respected NHS consultant and specialist eye surgeon. He has been a qualified doctor for more than 30 years. He was awarded a fellowship of the prestigious Royal College of Surgeons in 1985 and a fellowship of the Royal College of Ophthalmologists in 1989. He has been recognised as a specialist in ophthalmology by the General Medical Council for almost 20 years.
