I currently practice as a general neurosurgeon, with special interests in aneurysm surgery, and the management of spinal disorders. In particular I carry out a large number of revision spinal procedures in patients who have had previous spinal surgery elsewhere. This often involves spinal fusion, which may need to be done from the back or front. I carry out over 100 lumbar spinal procedures per annum, and approximately 25 cervical spinal procedures per annum.
