Apart from two general neurology clinics a week at Ipswich Hospital and University College Hospital, London where I see patients with headache, dizziness, blackouts including epilepsy. I do one specialist peripheral nerve disorders clinic and one HIV and other infectious neurological disorders clinic. The first is at the National Hospital for Neurology, Queen Square and the other at Mortimer Market, London. At both patients are referred from all round the UK and other parts of the world. Once a month, at Ipswich I have a multidisciplinary Parkinson’s Disease clinic. I am chief author and editor of the Oxford Handbook of Neurology published 2007 (10,000 copies sold to date. 2nd ed in preparation). I also look after Neuro-rehab patients at the Wellington Hospital Neurorehabilitation Unit (post stroke, RTA, brain injury due to infection).
