Andrew Tapp is a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist with an interest in urogynaecology. He was appointed to the Shrewsbury and Telford NHS Trust in 1993 having trained in London. In his training he had 2 years specifically in research looking at pelvic floor dysfunction and the menopause. In Shropshire he has continued his research interests in urogynaecology and pelvic floor trauma. He is centre chief of the women and children’s centre at SATH and founder member of the North Midlands Urogynae Group who run educational meetings for post graduates and live surgical master classes.
